I was trying to create a suitable worksheet for the reactions of metals with acids. Came across yours when I was looking for ideas. I could not improve upon your simplified version! An excellent resource. Hope you don't mind if I use this and others in the future. I teach classes of mixed auditory / visually impaired. They are mixed age group also. Just a kudos for making such a cool resource available online! Stumbled upon this through google and it's really helped with planning for applied science lessons. I have used a number of your excellent resources in the past and find them well suited to the ability ranges of my students. You appear to deal with exactly the same spectrum of difficulties and challenges in delivering Science to these students as I do and find it as entertaining as I do. Superb resources! I have been trying to write everything ready to start BTEC certificate at my school in september and I have managed to get all the assignments done but was struggling with the SoW and resources. I have begun to teach the Btec Introductory certificate to a group of SEN kids in Yr 10. This is the first group to study this in our school and I'm doing it by myself and am very concerned that I get it right for them. I was so relieved to find such great resources to get me started.
